I work with people at different fitness levels - whether you're dealing with pain, getting back into training, or already active and want to improve. We start by looking at how you move. I assess what's working and what needs work, then build a plan around your body and goals. Movement quality comes first, then we build strength and endurance. I'm not here to make you train like me. I'm here to help you move without pain, get stronger, and eventually train on your own.

We don't just throw weight on the bar. If your squat pattern compensates or your shoulder doesn't move the way it should, we address that first. Once movement is clean, we can load it safely. Better movement means you get stronger without breaking down.
